Sleeves are shown as the back of the player's cards during a game with an opponent.Characters vary in price and cycle out of availability periodically. Players can emote to the player, in a similar manner to Hearthstone, activating a unique voice line recorded for the purchased character. Avatars represent the character when facing against an opponent, and consist of Planeswalkers from across the MTG lore.As MTG Arena has progressed, Wizards of the Coast has introduced cosmetic features that users can purchase with their virtual currency.
